Full Charge - Full Deposit - If canceled within 60 days of arrival

Terms and Conditions

Prices are subject to change based on season of travel and demand.
Payment to reserve the property is 30% of total booking at the time of reservation. Remainder is due one month before arrival.
Minors are to be accompanied by adult. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to rent the space.
Casa Nex Ta Sea is NOT responsible for accidents leading to injury or death. By booking this property you agree to not hold Casa Nex Ta Sea liable for accidents, medical bills, lawsuits or damages incurred.
No smoking in the property of any kind.
Any items owned by Casa Nex Ta Sea that are lost, stolen or damaged will be the responsibility of the guests to replace or pay for before departure.
